FIRST Boot Camp

    

FIRST Boot Camp presented by Comcast NBCUniversal in partnership with Lansdale Catholic Robotics (FRC 272) invites MAR teams to spend a day getting to know other teams, sharing best practices, and learning from experts on a variety of topics. This is all designed to get you and your team ready for the 2017 FIRST season.

On site Instructions:
  1. Enter into main lobby.
  2. Approach Security desk when ready. FIRST team representatives will be there to help.
  3. You MUST have a photo id, drivers license or school id.
  4. You will escorted up to Comcast University on the 42nd floor.
Mass Transit:
SEPTA Take a commuter line into Suburban Station. Easy walk to Comcast Lobby.
PATCO- High Speed Line  Service between Lindenwold, New Jersey and Philadelphia (stops at 15th and Locust).
NJT Buses:  New Jersey transit operates 19 bus lines into Philadelphia.  Most  NJ Transit buses that serve Philly are numbered in the 400's and operate along Market, Broad and Vine streets.
Driving: There are pay parking lots all over the city. There are several sites just off the Center City exit from 676.
Attendance: Space is currently limited to 10 people per team with at least 1 adult mentor to stay with any students. We cannot admit students without a team mentor. Please click the Registration link (starting Nov. 16) to register. Important Note: With the exception of Business Plan and Social Media, please try to limit no more than an initial registration of 5 attendees per discussion until we get a good head count.
